In addition to our individual services we have developed two packages which offer a reduced cost for the completion of an entire project. This offer starts with a free site visit, during which one of our designers will asses your individual needs and prepare a full quotation for you.
Stage 1 A3 Concept presentation pack to include:
- Two layout floor plan options.
- Abstract Concept page.
- Perspective Illustrations.
Stage 2 A3 development pack
Technical drawings for tender purposes:
- 1:50 dimensioned Floor plan.
- 1:50 dimensioned reflected electrical ceiling plan.
- 1:50 dimensioned electrical floor plan.
- 1:50 dimensioned elevations X approx 4.
- 1:50 shop Front dimensioned elevation.
- 1:10 section through shop font including window showcase carcass.
- 1:10 Section through wall showcases.
- 1:10 Section through counter showcases.
- 1:10 Section through additional items.
- 1:5 construction details, as many as is necessary to complete manufacture of additional items.
- Schedule of works.
- Designer Risk Assessments and method statements.
- Mood board.
- Tender submission to 3 shopfitters.
Project package 2:
All of the above plus stage 3 project administrations to include:
- Tender receipt evaluation–selection.
- 5 site meetings.
- General administration.
- Statutory approvals as required, including Planning applications & building regulations etc.
- Additional approvals as appropriate to include, shopping centers store planners etc.
